*IMPORTANT NOTE TO THE SUCCESS OF PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

In order to make sure Programs continue, you must be disciplined enough as a manager to require monthly reports on goals. Failure to require reporting will result in Programs not being implemented or the dissipation of the program after a certain amount of time. Reports mandate priority and priority will get the job done.
